The Work Managing a mixed caseload of high-value commercial property matters from instruction through to completion Supporting on complex transactions, often with cross-border or multi-jurisdictional elements Drafting and negotiating legal documentation with a high degree of autonomy Advising on Land and Buildings Transaction Tax and related transactional requirements Working closely with partners and senior lawyers on sophisticated real estate instruction. Your Experience A minimum of 6 months' experience in a Real Estate legal support role (e.g. Paralegal or Legal Secretary) Strong technical understanding of commercial property transactions Comfortable managing matters independently while collaborating within a wider team Highly organised with strong attention to detail Confident communicator with a professional, client-focused approach Why This Role?
