St James Academy is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our academy team. You will supervise classes during teacher absence, deliver pre-planned learning activities, and create a positive, inclusive learning environment where all students can succeed. The role involves supporting student progress, behaviour, attendance, and wellbeing, including mentoring and assisting students with additional needs. You will provide feedback to teaching staff, contribute to enrichment activities, undertake administrative duties, and support the academy's pastoral systems.
