What youll be doing as Sales Manager
* Building and developing a strong pipeline of residential, mixed-use and commercial auction instructions
* Carrying out property valuations and securing new business across your region
* Advising vendors on the auction process and route to market
* Managing sales from instruction through to completion
* Generating new opportunities through networking, referrals and existing relationships
* Acting as a professional brand ambassador across Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire
