Were seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help oversee our restaurant and private dining room.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a senior FOH position within a quality, well regarded London restaurant. This is an exciting opportunity for an engaging, hospitable and ambitious individual who wants to grow within an fantastic business.
The role is supported by a strong management team and will involve leading on service, standards, team leadership and organisation with our restaurant and private dining rooms.
Key Requirements:
Proven track record of working to a high FOH level within a quality London restaurant
Good knowledge of the London Restaurant scene
Excellent wine knowledge
Engaging and confident personality
A natural flair for hospitality.
