Role Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Housing Officer to provide person-centred, trauma-informed support to individuals who have experienced homelessness and are now living in independent accommodation across Bicester. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to help them move on to suitable long-term housing, collaborating with partner agencies to ensure their needs are met. Your expertise will focus on delivering tailored support, creating comprehensive support plans, and maintaining accurate records to drive positive outcomes.
