We have an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and energetic nurse to join our Endoscopy department as a Bank Staff Nurse.
As a Bank Staff Nurse in our Endoscopy department you will be responsible for providing consistently high standards of care and support to our patients in this specialised area.
You will be a strong and empathetic Registered Nurse who has the ability to build a rapport with your patients in a short period of time, lead and implement change and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Role Responsibilities
* Demonstrating outstanding clinical practice at all times
* Working within a multi-disciplinary team led by a supportive senior nursing team
* Plan, implement and deliver a holistic patient centred care to a group of patients
* Maintaining accurate patient records utilising the most up to date evidenced based care and guidelines
* Working to develop a strong, effective team by developing the vision and strategy of “health care at its best”
Person Specification
* Be a Registered Nurse (RN RGN).
* 1 years’ experience in an endoscopy department.
* To be patient focussed, with a desire and proven ability to deliver healthcare at its best.
* Have knowledge of clinical governance and its application along with evidence of continuous professional development.
* To be confident in building relationships with the ability to easily engage with others including consultants, colleagues and patients.
