Role Overview

The role holder will serve as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into effective solutions and driving continuous improvement across projects and processes. Operating in a client-facing capacity, they will work closely with Nucleus, taking ownership of Nucleus Change Requests (NCRs) to ensure requirements are clearly defined, communicated, and successfully delivered. This position requires a combination of strategic insight, stakeholder management, and hands-on delivery to support both business objectives and client expectations.

With a strong focus on execution, the role requires an individual capable of navigating complex environments, managing competing priorities, and delivering at pace. Strategic insight, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on problem-solving are essential, alongside a commitment to driving continuous improvement across systems and processes.

The initial focus will be on supporting systems and change initiatives within the Curtis Banks portfolio, following the TUPE transfer to FNZ in February 2024.
