Payroll and Pensions Officer
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Payroll and Pensions Officer to ensure the accurate and efficient delivery of payroll and pension services. This vital operational role directly contributes to staff satisfaction, legal compliance, and the financial integrity of the institution.
You will collaborate with colleagues in Human Resources, Finance, and external stakeholders such as pension providers and HMRC to ensure all payroll and pension activities meet high standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
The role involves acting as the first point of contact for payroll and pension queries, providing guidance and excellent customer service. Additionally, you will support internal and external audits, contribute to systems development, and assist with continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
