Our client is a well established andrespected New and Used Car Dealership with 22 dealerships acrossEast Anglia London and the SouthEast.
They arenow actively looking for a Service Advisor for their car dealershipin Ipswich.
JobPurpose:
Todrive the standard in customer care and deliver a courteous andefficient reception ensuring a high standard of customersatisfaction. To ensure high standards of quality workmanship andbe an advocate of the service Process Development Plan and supportcontinuous processimprovement.
Ourclient is looking for an experienced Service Advisor who has theability to work to deadlines and handle sensitive and confidentialinformation. Youll have excellent communication skills andexperience in a selling/customer service environment. In additionto a strong people background they are looking for applicants whocan demonstrate drive commitment and enthusiasm along with awillingness to contribute to the team and more importantly theircustomers.
KeyResponsibilities:
* Drivethe standard in customer care with the diverse customerbase
* Manage the relationship betweencustomer and dealership.
* Manage theservice process effectively.
* Gobeyond process in delivering exceptional customerservice.
* Deliver effectivevalueadded sales solutions to customers to ethically promote thewide range of our clients products andservices.

* Able to handle sensitiveand confidentialinformation.
* Excellent communicationand customer service skills with experience handlingcomplaints.
* Evidence of customerfacing administrativeexperience.
* Experience in aselling/customer serviceenvironment.
* Full driving licenseheld for a minimum of 6 months with fewer than 9 penaltypoints.
* Evidence of Right to work inthe UK
