We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team and help build our in-person support hub. As a Customer Service Expert, you will play a vital role in empowering our partners and ensuring they have everything they need to succeed!

Deliver exceptional, 5-star support to our partnersResolve issues and answer questions with confidencePromote the brand and get drivers excited about their journeyStay updated on company processes and tools to provide the best supportCollaborate with the Operations team to streamline procedures
