We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Rota, Operational and Compliance Lead Administrator to join our large, busy, yet very warm and caring general practice team. This crucial role involves managing clinical rotas and the EMIS diary planner, overseeing leave, the duty rota and ensuring appropriate supervision for our trainees and allied health care team whilst ensuring safe clinical capacity and access.
As the operational backbone of the practice, in addition to the rotas you will oversee and maintain accurate human resource registers, oversee building maintenance and support the practice manager with regular review of practice policies and risk assessments. Key Responsibilities
* Manage rotas for all clinical staff, ensuring adequate clinical capacity and learners supervision and tutorials
* Maximise limited clinical space by scheduling tutorials, home visits, telephone clinics, remote clinics or training when clinical room are limited.
* Oversee all leave for clinical staff
* Liaise with locum agencies and coordinate bookings
* Support day-to-day operational tasks and assist the Practice Manager with regular review and update of policies and risk assessments
* Maintain compliance records for CQC, GDPR, health & safety, and mandatory training
* Maintain the practice website, digital telephone system and other patient communication channels
* Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes and follow-up actions
* Support onboarding and induction of learners
