The Role We are looking for Pre-Academy Coaches on a casual, part-time basis, who will be entrusted to oversee and deliver the training and games programmes for the Under 6 - Under 8 age groups at our Academy, whilst working closely with support departments to deliver both on and off field success. Your day-to-day Design and present coaching strategies - you'll passionately deliver coaching strategies for all players from our Academy coaching programme whilst ensuring the agreed approaches are implemented within agreed timescales Prepare and submit appraisals - you will create player appraisals ahead of discussions with our Recruitment Coordinator, as required for the Elite Player Performance Plan Produce critical documentation - you'll diligently plan and submit session plans, match and attendance reports and reviews Uphold our high standards - you will take responsibility for ensuring our Academy equipment is efficiently managed and utilised Conduct vital player reviews - you'll collaborate with our Recruitment Coordinator and undertake mid and full season meetings with players, parents/guardians and coaches Contribute to important future-focused discussions - you will partner with our Recruitment team and be an active participant in defining retain and release strategies What we are looking for Credible expertise - you hold either a UEFA B Licence, Advanced Youth Award, UEFA A Licence or a UEFA Pro Licence Excellent communication skills - you're able to build and maintain impactful relationships with parents/guardians, coaches and players of varying ages, tailoring your approach as necessary Best-in-class attention to detail - you're well versed in producing insightful written reports and delivering verbal feedback with the utmost clarity Please note: this role will require you to hold a valid driving license Arsenal for Everyone Arsenal for Everyone is our commitment to promoting and embracing equality, diversity and inclusion, so that everyone connected to the club feels like they belong to the same Arsenal family.
