Your Key Responsibilities


1. Maximize sales of Schaeffler products into key Account customers alongside developing business with our strategic & Specialized partners. Managing working relationships with the key stakeholders
2. To hold responsibility for managing day-to-day activities, tasks within the relevant customers assigned to the role. Day-to-day activities include Sales, Reporting, Technical Support, Training and CRM.
3. Share of Wallet (Gap Analysis)
4. Collation of market intelligence to support CEMEA objectives.
5. Key Account management, day to day management of those accounts, objectives set by senior VLS management team.
6. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
7. Product Management duties (NTR introduction with customers)
8. Develop relationships with key personnel (Stakeholders) at all levels of the business, ie.
9.
* Principal/Chairman, Directors, Finance Dept., Sales Team, Category Managers.
* Take ownership of the CSB / WKZ planning with the key account customers.


Your Qualifications


* More than five years' experience working with the Aftermarket sector, ideally with good knowledge of Transmission, Engine & Chassis and Electrical products.
* Sales Account Management
* Diesel product experience preffered
* Excellent communications skills
* Computer Literate, ability to use Microsoft Tools, such as Power BI, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
* Knowledge of the ITG community, relatable to VLS markets UK & Ireland.
* Excellent organizational skills
* Experienced using a CRM Tool, i.e. Sales Force.
* Powerpoint Presentation skills
