Sugarman Health and Wellbeing is currently seeking a Care Assistant for a female client in Middlesbrough who has a range of complex health conditions. This role presents an excellent opportunity to provide specialized care and support to someone in need, while gaining valuable experience in managing multiple, complex conditions.
Client's Conditions:
* Bronchiectasis
* Seropositive Rheumatoid Arthritis
* Suspected Asthma and Asthma
* Retinal Detachment (Registered Blind)
* Cervical Disc Prolapses with Radiculopathy
* Tracheostomy
* Ischaemic Heart Disease
This position allows the chosen candidate to develop skills in a highly rewarding environment, working closely with the client to ensure their clinical and personal care needs are met.
Role Highlights:
* Hourly Rate : £12.59-£13.50 p/h
* Location : Middlesbrough, TS6
* Shift Patterns :
o 5:00-15:00
o 13:00-23:00
* Driver : A valid driver's license is essential, as the role involves driving a mobility car.
* Contract : Full-time role, focused on supporting complex care needs.
Responsibilities:
* Provide clinical care tailored to the client's unique needs.
* Assist with personal care, including moving and handling.
* Support the client in outdoor activities.
* Maintain and monitor the client's health, especially around their clinical conditions.
* Ensure the highest possible quality of life for the client through compassionate, person-centered care.
