Youll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our IT infrastructure, supporting both hardware and software needs across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities Administer Azure servers Manage Active Directory and Group Policy Maintain Office 365 services Manage and resolve issues through the Service Desk Escalate and coordinate support with third-party vendors Provide support for line-of-business applications and systems Offer occasional out-of-hours and holiday cover when required What Were Looking For Essential Criteria: Minimum 1 years experience in a similar IT support role Experience with Azure administration Proficient in supporting both front and back-office systems Remote user support across multi-site environments GCSE English and Maths (Grades A-C or equivalent) Strong Microsoft Office Skills Full, clean driving licence (occasional travel across NI and ROI) Desirable Personal Attributes: Strong verbal and written communication skills Reliable, accountable, and solutions-focused Collaborative team player Resilient under pressure Strong problem-solving ability Commercial awareness and practical IT approach to business challenges Apply Now Take the next step in your IT career.
