Duties of the Bodyshop Technician:
* Conduct high-quality vehicle body repairs, panel beating, and cosmetic work to manufacturer standards
* Diagnose and repair bodywork issues efficiently and accurately
* Manage workshop workflow to ensure timely completion of all Repair Orders
* Communicate effectively with team members to maintain smooth operations
* Ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly followed within the workshop
* Maintain high standards of quality control across all repair and service tasks
* Keep records of work completed and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Bodyshop Technician, with a strong background in vehicle body repairs
* Skilled in panel beating, spray painting, and mechanical repairs
* Good understanding of vehicle repair procedures and safety standards
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Well-organised with excellent time management skills
