* Ensure audit quality, efficiency, and accurate reporting.
* Coach, mentor, and motivate team members, fostering their development.
Ideal Candidate:
* ACA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience.
* Proven experience in a similar role within a well-regarded firm.
* Strong knowledge of UK accounting and auditing standards.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
* A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
