What skills and experience we're looking for
Prince Henry's Grammar School are looking to appoint a dedicated Office and Community Engagement Manager to manage the day-to-day operation of our busy main school office, as well as continue to develop our role as a school at the heart of our local community. This unique post provides opportunities to be creative, strengthen further our relationships with the wider community and build new partnerships. This includes maximising the use of the school as a community resource as well as seeking further opportunities for our students to engage with local organisations.
Qualifications
* At least 4 GCSE grades A*-C or equivalent, including English and Mathematics
* Experience of working in a school or similar setting
* Experience of line management of staff
* A proven track record of working effectively as part of a team
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Excellent organisational, time management and communication skills
