Hiring: Client‑Side Property Manager (Mixed Portfolio)
Charlton, SE7 | Office-based
Managing 70 AST homes + 20 commercial units across London & North Kent
We’re looking for an experienced, organised and proactive Property Manager to oversee a privately owned mixed‑use portfolio.
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing the full tenancy lifecycle of a mixed portfolio
* Handling tenant enquiries & day‑to‑day correspondence
* Coordinating repairs, contractors & planned maintenance
* Carrying out inspections & keeping digital records up to date
* Ensuring full statutory compliance (Gas Safety, EICR, Fire Safety, Insurance)
* Liaising with directors, contractors, solicitors & local authorities
* Monitoring rent payments & assisting with arrears
* Supporting service charge & property‑related financial admin
What we’re looking for:
