Key Responsibilities
* Support the Food and Beverage Manager with day‑to‑day service
* Supervise the food and beverage team to ensure smooth service delivery
* Maintain high standards across bar and restaurant presentation
* Lead by example to deliver outstanding guest experiences
* Drive service standards and upselling opportunities
* Ensure cleanliness, organisation and attention to detail throughout the department
What we’re looking for
* Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* A customer‑led approach and passion for service
* Excellent attention to detail and organisation
* The ability to motivate and support a busy team
* A full UK driving licence (due to the Winchester location)
