What you’ll bring to the role:

Previous experience in an IT Support role (1st & 2nd line preferred)

Knowledge of IT Support ticketing systems

Ability to support MS O365, Windows 11, Active Directory etc.

Demonstrable experience of hardware support, laptop builds, patching, etc.

A self starter able to work with minimum supervision

A strong desire to be involved in various infrastructure projects

Willingness to travel to other sites as required by the business

Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise your work efficiently

You’ll be supported (NOT micro-managed) to ensure you not only complete your tasks within agreed SLA’s, but you enjoy the work you’re doing. While much of your day will be closing helpdesk tickets, you’ll also be involved in projects to ensure the IT function is able to support the wider business user base with the highest quality of support.
