Our client, a well-regarded Good primary school in Hemel Hempstead, is seeking an enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to start in January 2026. This is a Full-Time Year 3 Teacher role and the successful Year 3 Teacher will begin induction in January 2026 and teach from January 2026 onwards. Year 3 Teacher responsibilities • As the Year 3 Teacher you will plan and deliver a creative and rigorous curriculum. • The Year 3 Teacher will assess pupils, use data to inform next steps and deliver interventions. • The Year 3 Teacher will foster independence and resilience while building strong relationships with families. • The Year 3 Teacher will contribute to enrichment activities, trips and cross-curricular projects. Experience & requirements • QTS and relevant Year 3 / KS2 experience as a Year 3 Teacher. • Strong behaviour management, planning and assessment skills. • A reflective Year 3 Teacher who is committed to raising standards and developing practice. This Full-Time Year 3 Teacher post is a permanent Full-Time role with an official January 2026 start date. The Full-Time Year 3 Teacher role will be supported with a thorough induction from January 2026, and the school expects the Year 3 Teacher to be an active team member immediately.
