Our client is a well-established organisation operating in the industrial manufacturing sector. They are seeking a Senior HR Advisor to provide maternity cover for a key HR Business Partner at their high-volume manufacturing site. Reporting into the Site General Manager, with a functional line to the Group HR Manager, this role will deliver hands‑on HR support across the full employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include managing employee relations cases, supporting volume recruitment and onboarding, guiding performance and talent management processes, ensuring HR compliance, and contributing to wider HR initiatives across the group.
You will be a proactive, resilient and pragmatic HR professional with strong experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. You will have excellent knowledge of UK employment law, be confident coaching managers at all levels, and be able to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced operational setting. Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with a solutions‑focused approach to HR challenges.
