Are you an organised and detail-focused administrator looking for a flexible part-time role?
We're looking for a Purchasing Clerk to join our team at Clients team in Corby. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong admin skills who enjoys working with suppliers and supporting a busy finance function.
What’s on Offer
* £14 per hour
* Part-time, 14 hours per week (2 full days or spread across 3 shorter days - your choice, set days each week)
* Permanent contract
* Holiday allowance pro rata (28 days including bank holidays for full-time equivalent)
* Training provided on Sage software
What You\'ll Be Doing
* Processing supplier delivery notes, invoices, and updating records in Sage
* Checking supplier statements against accounts and requesting missing paperwork when needed
* Liaising with suppliers to chase PODs/copy documents
* General filing and admin to support the Finance Controller
What We\'re Looking For
* Previous admin experience (essential)
* Good computer literacy and confident using MS Office
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Fluent in spoken and written English
* Knowledge of purchase ledger processes is helpful but not essential
* Eager to learn - Sage training will be given
