Mobile Funeral Arranger - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract
£12.62 per hour plus benefits
Part-time 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday 10am-2pm
Mobile role based in Northampton, also covering Kingsthorpe, Grange Park, Rushden & Wellingborough

What you’ll do
1. As a certified mobile funeral arranger, you’ll provide expert guidance and advice to help clients plan the perfect service and support with family visits.
2. Travel to meet clients and build relationships across your community.
3. Support with manual handling of coffins and the deceased.
This role would suit people who have
* A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
* A passion for delivering great service and building relationships, plus the ability to work independently; traveling to client meetings and supporting branches where needed.
* Excellent communication and admin skills, with strong attention to detail to ensure compliance with policies and processes.
* High levels of empathy, discretion, and care.

As part of your application, you’ll need to complete an online assessment, which takes about 20 minutes.
If successful, we’ll perform background checks including DBS, adverse media, and an occupational health questionnaire. We’ll also review your social media activity.
This role is regulated under FCA; training will be provided to become a certified colleague.
To advise clients on ‘pre-need’ funeral plans, FCA and financial integrity checks will be performed to ensure eligibility. Your credit score will not be checked.
