This is a hands-on role where you’ll be the go-to expert for infrastructure issues that require on-site resolution, ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services across our UK operations. We’re looking for an Onsite Support Engineer to be the face of IT, ensuring smooth operations and top-tier service for our internal teams. What You’ll Do: Provide hands-on technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents efficiently, escalating when necessary. Set up and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. Collaborate with remote IT teams to ensure consistent service delivery. Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and asset inventory. Support onboarding/offboarding processes including device provisioning. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a desktop support or IT technician role. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A, ITIL, Microsoft) are a plus.
