We are currently recruiting for a Chef Manager to join the innovative culinary team of our bespoke school catering client.
The successful candidate for the role of Chef Manager will lead a team striving to creatively engage students with their food offering, developing innovative and seasonal menus that showcase ingredients and cater to diverse dietary needs.
You will be joining a growing independent caterer delivering a progressive offering to students.
About You
• Have a key understanding of Food Safety, Health & Safety and allergens.
• Be able to foster a culture whereby the team takes a conscientious approach to key company values such as sustainability and integrity.
• Possess strong people skills, adept at deal with clients and junior team members alike.
• Have strong management skills, being keen and able to motivate and develop the kitchen team.
