Finance Administrator job in Stirlingshire
Your New CompanyBased in Stirlingshire, our client is recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The hours of work are Monday-Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm and there is good flexibility with start and finish times. The role is office-based, and the organisation can be accessed by local public transport and there is also on-site parking.
Your New RoleAs Finance Administrator, you will take ownership of end-to-end sales ledger responsibilities. Working within a dedicated finance team of 5, you will support day-to-day transactional activity as well as month-end requirements.Your responsibilities will include:
* Processing invoices
* Investigating and resolving discrepancies
* Handling and resolving queries
* Working with internal and external stakeholders
* Reporting for management
* Undertaking general administrative tasks
* Carrying out additional ad hoc duties as required
What You’ll Need to SucceedYou will ideally have previous experience in a similar finance administration role. You will pride yourself on your attention to detail and high accuracy levels. Reliability, problem-solving ability and a team-focused mindset are key traits for success.
