About Cookpad:
Cookpad's mission is to "Make everyday cooking fun." We believe solving everyday cooking challenges worldwide will encourage more people to enjoy cooking, ultimately addressing larger societal issues. Cookpad operates three key services: the globally recognised recipe-sharing platform "Cookpad," the e-commerce service "Cookpad Mart" for easy access to fresh ingredients, and the coaching service "Moment" which helps users build cooking skills to cook like professionals.
We have launched Moment in 5 countries: Japan, Indonesia, UK, France and Italy.
Imagine helping people discover the true joy of cooking—not by following recipes, but by building real skills they can use anytime, anywhere. Moment is a smart, personal AI cooking coach that empowers busy people to cook confidently, creatively, and freely. With just a few coaching sessions, users gain lasting techniques that transform how they cook for life.
We’re looking for a Project Manager who believes in this vision and who wants to help bring this life-changing experience into homes around the world. If you believe cooking should be intuitive, joyful, and empowering, this role is for you.
About the Role:
Within Moment team, each member leads different projects, and these projects can evolve and vary depending on the product's development.
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take over 2 majors ongoing projects in our team:
1. French market development: French market is currently in its launch phase, and to date, the number of clients and acquisitions remains low. Role will go from covering sales, customer satisfaction and relationship management with our French Chefs. This part of the role is a unique opportunity to work with the Cookpad founder, lead new product expansion and have a direct impact on the value we can create for customers in France.
2. Project Content management: You’ll have a direct impact on the global customers experience (for all countries) by ensuring that all content related to recipes, coaching videos and key concepts is ready on time, up to date and continuously improved. You’ll manage feedback loops, track progress, and drive the release of high-quality coaching scripts that enhance the learning experience of our learners worldwide. You'll also identify opportunities to streamline workflows and leverage tech solutions to improve efficiency where needed. There are no direct reports for this part of the role - the focus is on active, hands-on ownership of content delivery.
These two roles are being offered under the management of a single individual as they are perfectly compatible. It's important to us that the country developers are also involved in a parallel role related to product development; at Moment, everyone is an active contributor to the product's development. These are the current projects, these might change as the product evolves.
