We are looking for an ambitious Online Channel Account Manager to work closely with our selected online retail partners to grow performance, strengthen our brand presence, and protect brand integrity across major digital platforms. Your Role As our Online Channel Account Manager, you’ll be managing and taking full ownership of the performance, protection, and growth of our online retail accounts. A key part of this is being the point-of-contact between customers, internal teams and external agencies, to ensure we maintain a strong presence and deliver consistent growth in an emerging market. Key Responsibilities Managing relationships with online retailers and marketplace accounts Coordinating activities between accounts and external agencies Maintain our brand integrity by protecting it from destructive price competition Monitor product listings, pricing, reviews, content accuracy, and promotional activity across platforms Provide digital sales reports and insights to the Head of Sales & Marketing What You Bring You’re commercially smart, digitally confident, and motivated by seeing your work drive measurable improvements.
