These bundled services are highly developed using the RBCAs leading technology solutions and they are focussed on small Owner Managed Businesses. Due to the rapid expansion of our business, we are looking for a talented Senior Manager to join our OMB team. Essential Criteria: You will need to be ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified with 3 years post-qualification experience. You will have significant experience in providing compliance accounts and tax services for small companies. You will have a comprehensive understanding of the operations of a finance function. You will be comfortable working accounting systems, CRM and other finance systems as well as developing reports. You will have a proven record of operating successfully in a team. You will have proven client engagement and management skills. Desirable Criteria: You will need strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including report writing and presentation skills. Role Our OMB team is the backbone of our practice servicing around 1,000 small limited companies, partnerships and sole traders with essential outsourced accounting and tax services. This Senior Manager role will manage a team and a significant number of clients. The reporting will be to the Board and is well developed with great opportunities. This role would suit someone who just loves serving clients and is already in a practice role or a technology oriented accountant wanting to return to practice from an industry role.
