Learning Support Assistant
We are seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to work across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. Contract: Permanent/ Part-time. Salary: SP3.3 (£24,331 Full time equivalent). Days/Hours: To be confirmed following successful appointment – approx. 23 hours.
The successful candidate must:
* have experience of working with pupils with a range of needs
* have excellent communication skills with adults and children
* demonstrate commitment to working as a member of a team
* be able to deliver personalised 1:1 provision or targeted interventions based inside or outside the classroom with groups of pupils.
* have awareness of SEND strategies which help the child meet their provision and targets
* be able to work with children of all ages between 4-11 years.
* meet the well-being, personal care and hygiene needs of our children
* uphold the ethos and mission statement of our school
