About the Role

Are you a recruiter who thrives on finding the people no one else can? Do you enjoy identifying, approaching, and influencing high-calibre professionals who aren’t actively looking for their next move?

We’re seeking an experienced healthcare recruitment professional with a strong track record of sourcing, placing, and managing top clinical talent within the healthcare sector.

This is a high-impact, delivery-focused role where you’ll take ownership of specialist and hard-to-fill assignments. You’ll build strong talent pipelines and engage senior passive candidates through insight-led, personalised outreach that truly stands out.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Proactively headhunt and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn, networking, market mapping, and competitor analysis.
2. Build and maintain talent pipelines across defined sectors, functions, and competitor organisations.
3. Develop compelling, personalised outreach strategies to attract candidates who are not actively seeking new roles.
4. Conduct candidate screening, competency-based interviews, and suitability assessments.
5. Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, from initial briefing and sourcing strategy through to offer negotiation and placement.
6. Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insight on market trends, talent availability, competitor activity, and salary benchmarking.
7. Represent the business with professionalism, discretion, and a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
8. Work to agreed recruitment targets and KPIs.

What We’re Looking For

Essential

9. Proven experience in headhunting, advanced search, and talent sourcing.
10. Strong practical experience with indirect sourcing techniques.
11. Demonstrable success engaging passive candidates.
12. Excellent communication, influence, and relationship-building skills.
13. Strong negotiation skills.
14. Ability to manage multiple searches and deliver high-quality shortlists.
15. Strong commercial awareness and understanding of talent markets.
16. Ability to work to targets and deadlines.
17. Driving License and access to a car

Desirable

18. Proven track record of recruiting healthcare professionals, including GPs, ACPs, and nurses.
19. Exposure to additional sourcing tools (such as Talent Insights, SeekOut, GitHub, and CV databases).
20. Experience recruiting senior, specialist, or hard-to-fill roles.

Location

Our head office is based at Bank Top Support Centre, just outside Leeds (LS21 1PY). Surrounded by open fields and scenic walking routes, we’re minutes from Golden Acre Park — a great spot to take a breather.

Please note there is no public transport nearby, so own transport is required. We offer a dog-friendly workspace and a relaxed, welcoming environment where people (and the occasional four-legged friend) are all part of the team.
