To find out more about CL Medilaw please visit our website: https://clmedilaw.co.uk ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking to employ an in-house Rehabilitation Co-ordinator based in our offices in Brighton or Kings Hill. The role will involve working alongside our clients and their families, in cases involving varied complex medical/mental health, cognitive and physical needs arising from major trauma. The role will typically involve assisting with the transition from hospital to home, assisting in the identification of a suitable Case Manager, helping to reduce the stress and challenges involved after a serious injury and working alongside the injured person and their family, the treating medical professionals, and additional support where required. You will ideally have experience in connection with disability teams and /or community review teams and /or multi-disciplinary teams, and the confidence and experience to liaise effectively with Case Managers, Rehabilitation Consultants, Occupation Therapists, Physiotherapists and other treating clinicians, social services, housing departments, local authorities, education authorities and charities as needed to co-ordinate the injured client’s rehabilitation journey We are happy to receive applications from a wide range of medical backgrounds including nursing, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, physiotherapy and psychology and from others with relevant experience.
