This exceptional mainstream school, which welcomes students from Reception through to Year 13, is dedicated to creating a memorable and enriching learning journey for every young person. With three specialist SEN bases, this is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact by supporting students with diverse learning needs across Key Stages 3 to 5.
As an SEN TA, you’ll work closely with students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping them access the curriculum, build confidence, and reach their full potential. The school’s collaborative ethos, strong partnerships with families, and pride in its community and academic success make it a truly inspiring place to work.
What You’ll Do:
• Support students with Special Educational Needs in a mainstream classroom and within SEN bases
• Assist with learning activities tailored to individual EHCPs
• Foster an inclusive, respectful, and supportive environment
• Work closely with teaching staff, SENCO, and external professionals
Requirements

• Has prior SEN experience or relevant qualifications
