Here at Halton Housing, we are looking for 2 experienced and proactive Customer Service Advisors to work across our vibrant organisation.
What Youll Do:
Handle all customer enquiries and requests for service, providing effective, efficient, and excellent services, aiming to resolve at first point of contact where possible
Logging, triaging, and booking of appointments for responsive and packaged repairs
Proactive communication with customers regarding the status of repairs, amending, cancelling, or rescheduling of appointments
Communication with maintenance technicians regarding emergencies, changes to schedules, cancellations etc
Proactive communication with customers for longer lead time jobs
Responding to first line enquiries regarding all customer appointments
What Youll Need:
Experience of working in a customer service, customer contact role with proven passion in delivering the customer experience and service excellence
Solid customer service and communication skills
Ability to follow defined processes and procedures in an accurate and consistent manner
Good experience and knowledge of IT packages
