SEN Teaching Assistants Wanted – September Start | Aylesbury Primary & Secondary SEN Schools | Full-Time | September 2026 Start

We are currently recruiting passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join fantastic SEN primary and secondary schools in Aylesbury from September 2026 on a full-time basis (5 days per week).
Whether you already have SEN school experience or come from a support work/care background, we’d love to hear from you!
The Role:
* Supporting children and young people with additional needs
* Working 1:1 and in small groups
* Helping pupils build confidence, communication, and independence
* Supporting classroom learning and daily routines
* Providing personal care where required
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Caring, patient, and enthusiastic
* Comfortable working within SEN settings
* Happy to support with personal care
* Experienced in SEN, support work, care work, youth work, or similar roles
* Looking for long-term or permanent opportunities
* Available Monday to Friday
