Fresh People are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established fresh produce business based in Sittingbourne, Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer to join a fast-paced FMCG environment supporting production and operational reliability across site machinery, conveyors and equipment. The role will involve both planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown support within a busy operational setting. The Role You will be responsible for carrying out maintenance, repairs and inspections across production and operational equipment to ensure machinery downtime is kept to a minimum and site operations continue to run efficiently. You will support both preventative maintenance schedules and reactive engineering activities across the site.
