You’ll be joining our Global Brand Flagship Store on Oxford Street, London – one of the most iconic shopping streets in the world.
What you’ll do:

As Flagship Senior Visual Merchandising Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving our brand strategy & winning consumers at the point of purchase with premium visual excellence.
A day in the life:
1. You’ll take ownership of managing an extremely high-performing team of Visual Merchandisers to deliver an amazing consumer journey through VM and Styling, all with the aim of bringing our Brand to life.
2. You’ll also lead the Visual Merchandising team to deliver the business strategic plan and contribute to our commercial targets.
3. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure we’re adopting the correct use, implementation & presentation of product packages, store fittings, in-store communication material, campaigns and VM tools.
4. You’ll influence and negotiate with all key business partners for all VM subjects, considering key product launches to provide a leading brand experience for all customers.
5. You’ll develop best practice, standards and operational plans to support the implementation of Visual Merchandising standards and guidelines.

7. Retail includes working nights and away on projects, we’d rather you know this & consider this at the very start of your process with us. You may need to travel – so the ability & desire to do this is important.
8. We need a true people leader, who can inspire, motivate and set clear goals for our VM team, if you’re not passionate about people, this might not be the role for you
9. There’ll also be support for planning & coordinating VM activities outside of the Flagship such as showroom resets, events, store openings and store remodels so agility is essential.
