These plans will see us increasing our brand & stores portfolio whilst also expanding into international markets. We have our sights on expanding our beauty offering, building upon our already successful fragrance subscription service, and growing our TFS Membership scheme.
Role Overview
The Senior Commercial Analyst is an integral role responsible for producing high-quality reports and analysis as well as providing insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.
Responsibilities
1. To produce well-presented, accurate, and timely management information.
2. To extract, interrogate, and analyse data to support business decision-making.
3. Provide insights & recommendations based on their findings.
4. Review & challenge existing internal reporting to drive increased efficiencies.
5. Analysis of customer journey both in stores & online.
6. To assist with the design and automation of business reports and dashboards.
7. Conduct ad hoc analysis on underperforming areas, working with stakeholders to develop effective action plans for performance improvement.
8. Analyse new store locations.
Experience and Skills
1. 3 years’ experience in an analyst role, ideally in a retail environment.
2. Highly proficient in MS Office applications (particularly Excel).
3. Experience of business analysis tools (Qlikview, Power BI, Tableau).
4. Great communication skills.
