We’re looking for an APMO Analyst to join our Agile Portfolio Management Office (APMO) team at Tesco Bank, part of Barclays Bank UK Plc and help shape the future of delivery excellence.
As an APMO Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of our agile transformation—supporting value streams and leadership with insightful reporting, governance, and continuous improvement. What you’ll be doing
4. Support agile governance compliance and reporting across multiple value streams.
5. Manage multiple data source to maintain and evolve portfolio dashboards and tooling Jira, Confluence, Power BI).
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and actionable insights.
7. Help embed agile ways of working and support continuous improvement initiatives.
8. Contribute to planning, risk management, and delivery tracking activities.
9. Champion agile ways of working and support continuous improvement initiatives.
We need you to
10. Experience in a PMO, delivery, or agile environment.
11. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
12. Proficiency in reporting tools, data visualisation and developing and communicating insight.
13. A proactive mindset and excellent communication skills with a strong focus on attention to detail.
14. Effective Stakeholder engagement across diverse teams.
And if you have any of these, even better
15. Familiarity with agile frameworks Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
16. Proficiency in reporting tools and data visualisation (Power BI, Excel, Jira).
17. Exposure to financial tracking and benefits realisation.
18. Knowledge of portfolio level planning.
