This is a delivery focussed role with no Business development required.About the RoleThis is a delivery focussed role with no business development required.ResponsibilitiesOwn research and delivery of mid to senior rolesWork closely with team members to generate a sourcing strategy for roles, gather competitive intelligence, help develop targeted sourcing structures, conduct research, and help generate candidate mappingHeadhunt and build network across industryUtilise CRM, Google Suite, and job boards to track candidates, workflow and screening informationEnsure data quality and accuracy on our internal databasesKeep abreast of sourcing best practice tools and technologiesTo stay up to date on market and functional trends and key fund industryLeverage relevant social media and communications channels to assist in acquisition of good quality researchAssistance to the Managing Director with business development projectsMentor and collaborate with junior research associatesAccountabilitiesConduct exceptional candidate development, process management from client brief to offer and onboardingAble to produce detailed initial research and shortlisted candidates from position specificationAble to account manage and provide detailed project updatesAble to conduct and document screening process, including CV pre-screeningPrepare screening questions and design tailored process to create best metrics to provide clients with confidence to make decisionsQualificationsMinimum 2 years Financial Services recruitment/Executive SearchRequired SkillsPassion for the Asset Management IndustryStrong track record of delivery and researchSelf motivation and excellent written and verbal communications skillsStrong time management skillsHighly organised with demonstrated ability to multi-task and dynamically prioritiseAbility to build and maintain professional relationshipPay range and compensation packageBasic salary - £40,000 - £60,000 depending on experience and market fit relevance.
