We’re looking for an Environmental and Sustainability Manager to develop an environmental strategy and ensure the operations meet and exceed regulatory and ethical standards. The Role As Environmental and Sustainability Manager, you will play a key strategic and hands-on role in embedding sustainability throughout the business. Reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll lead environmental compliance, sustainability initiatives, and continuous improvement programs across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement the company’s environmental and sustainability strategy. * Ensure compliance with environmental legislation, permits, and reporting requirements. * Lead internal audits and manage external environmental assessments. * Drive resource efficiency initiatives (energy, water, waste, emissions) * Collaborate with operations, R&D, and supply chain teams to improve sustainability performance. * Work with Commercial & Marketing to create customer engagement. * Prepare sustainability reports and maintain environmental KPIs. * Support employee engagement and training on environmental best practices. * Monitor emerging regulations, industry trends, and innovations.
