What you’ll be doing:
* Develop novel solutions to evolving technical challengesand emerging issues for complex Radar Systems that our customersand end-user communities are facing
Apply a breadth ofknowledge, skills and experience of Systems Engineering principles,techniques and governance to steer and develop technical solutionsand resolve engineering issues Conduct system designanalysis to manage trade-offs of system parameters to characteriseand specify robust product design Lead the decompositionof requirements to system and sub-system level and manage these inan approved toolset such as IBM DOORS Next Be a technical focuspoint with a holistic understanding of a whole system solutionleading analysis activities and system design decisions andproviding guidance to own team Collaborate withspecialists across different engineering disciplines includingelectronics, electrical, mechanical and software to direct andrealise overarching system design solutions Direct and undertakesystem integration, test planning andexecution Define and articulatesystem acceptance strategies and acceptance evidence demonstratingsystem performance across a wide range of operational scenarios tointernal and external stakeholders Through theseactivities you will build your personal profile with seniorstakeholders and grow a diverse knowledge base inengineering
Your skillsandexperience:
Essential:

You will be working asa Principal Systems Engineer within our close-knit multi-functionradar team of inter-disciplinary engineers, evolving our radarportfolio of existing and brand-new radar products to addressemerging and futurethreats.
