The Role
We’re looking for a Content Creator to plan, shoot, edit and deliver high‑quality social‑first content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and Pinterest. You’ll focus primarily on organic social content, while also creating ideas that can be tested for paid. You’ll produce content using both mobile and professional cameras, and develop briefs, scripts and storyboards for freelancers when needed.
Reporting to the Global Brand Comms Manager, you’ll work closely with the Social Media Manager, Influencer & PR Manager and Creative Director to turn strategy into engaging, platform‑native content, ensuring all assets are on brand, optimised for social and aligned with wider marketing campaigns.
What you’ll do
* Create high-quality, social‑first content across platforms, focused on organic and experimental paid campaigns.
* Shoot and edit premium content on mobile and professional cameras.
* Lead creative ideation: write briefs, scripts, and storyboards for freelancers and internal teams.
* Manage the end to end process from ideation, planning, scripting and creating.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to bring creative and marketing strategies to life on social.
* Work with the Creative Director to align social content with wider brand campaigns.
* Translate strategic and creative briefs into engaging, on‑brand social content.
* Work to ensure all delivered content, whether internal or external, is on brand and social first.

* 3+ years’ experience in social media/content creation.
* Relevant social‑first portfolio showing platform‑specific, strategic content.
* Experience working with creative, marketing, PR, and event teams.
* A relevant social first portfolio showing a range of creative specific to different platforms and strategic goals.
Tools & Skills
