DNA Recruit are working with a leading Shopper Marketing agency with a focus on delivering impactful campaigns for clients. Our client specialises in Shopper Marketing and Production, working with well-known global brands.
Role Overview:
As an Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be overseeing client accounts, with a focus on Shopper Marketing. This position necessitates a proactive individual who will assist an Account Director in overseeing campaigns, toolkit roll outs, and other tasks. You will be involved in creating and implementing toolkits. The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in Shopper Marketing, either within an agency or on the client side, and a thorough comprehension of the photography process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage client accounts, with a specialised focus on Shopper Marketing initiatives.
* Ensure flawless execution of all aspects of campaigns to achieve desired outcomes.
* Create and implement comprehensive toolkits for various campaigns, leveraging strategic insight and industry expertise.
* Oversee every stage of toolkit rollout, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Creative, Photography, and Production departments.
* Facilitate strong communication and synergy among team members to ensure seamless campaign execution.
* Manage the photography process effectively, overseeing planning, scheduling, and execution of tasks.
* Ensure all visual elements align with campaign strategy and meet client expectations.
* Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the Shopper Marketing space.
* Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for optimisation and enhancement.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in Shopper Marketing, gained either within an agency or client-side.
* Strong understanding of the Photography process and ability to manage it effectively.
* Proven track record of managing client accounts and delivering successful campaigns.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Freelance requirement requires an immediate start.
Salary:
* Permanent Salary: Up to £38k + benefits
* Freelance Rate: £200-250 per day (maximum)
Hybrid working.
