Job Title: Modern Apprenticeship Clinical Support Worker

Contract Duration: Permanent
Hours: 28.37 hours per week

We are recruiting for a Clinical Support Worker (CSW) position.
We seek candidates who can contribute to high-quality patient care and demonstrate personal values aligned with our organization:
* Supporting learning to maintain high standards of patient care, including gaining SVQ Level 3 Healthcare (Clinical) and understanding digital tools, working in the health sector, and human biology.
* Managing oneself in a complex, dynamic clinical environment.
* Addressing equality and diversity needs of patients and staff.
* Ensuring patient safety at all times.
* Building rapport with multidisciplinary teams and gaining the confidence of patients and relatives.
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there are opportunities for career progression.
Eligibility criteria:
* You must be between 17-24 years old (or up to 29 if you have a disability or are care-experienced).
* You should hold a National 5 or above in English and Numeracy/Mathematics, and a National 5 (SCQF 5) or above in Biology. Core skills at Level 5 achieved within other qualifications (e.g., NC Applied Science, NPA Healthcare) are also considered.
* Previous healthcare experience is beneficial.
