As a maintenance engineer your core role & responsibilities are:
7. Responsible for supporting all PPM and reactive maintenance across site – covering facilities, site services, building services, production
8. Electrical & mechanical fault finding & repairs
9. Instrumentation calibration
10. Use of Maximo CMMS systems
11. Dealing with instrumentation, electrical, mechanical, controls, BMS, power systems, PLC’s
12. Working on boilers, chillers, reactors, pressure & telemetry systems, centrifuges, HVAC, gas systems
Knowledge, skills & experience required to be a maintenance engineer in the team:
13. Ideally be a multi-skilled maintenance engineer – instrumentation, electrical, mechanical
14. Previously have worked with facilities, site services & production equipment
15. Level 3 qualified or higher in engineering – ideally apprenticeship trained
16. Instrumentation calibration skills
17. Strong electrical & mechanical fault finding & diagnostics skills
18. Ideally have worked to ATEX, GMP standards
19. Good computer skills – use of CMMS systems
20. PLC – electrical fault finding advantageous
