PRS Recruitment is recruiting a Mobile Fabric Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance at Bexley
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
This position would be ideal for a Fabric Handyman currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of £18 per hour with a potential temp to perm position.
Duties:
1. Basic Plumbing
2. Basic Carpentry
3. Lamp changing
4. Take Tap Temperatures
5. Flushing
6. PPM’s
7. Reactive maintenance
8. Assist other engineers onsite as required
9. Replacement of floor tiles (carpet ceramic)
