Clinical Applications Specialist, Cardiology – Enterprise Informatics
Job Description
As a Clinical Applications Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring successful clinical adoption of Philips solutions and/or responding to customer questions or issues related to cardiology products.
Your role:
* You will have the opportunity to significantly contribute to growing our EI business by implementing solutions and deliver Application Consulting for healthcare customers. You will assist in the development of new solutions and consulting methods, and add to the solution design & delivery activities. You will be involved in customer facing consulting engagements that are project-based (v. relationship-based)
* You will be part of the Professional Services – Cardiology UKI team with our Enterprise Informatics business (EI)
* This role covers the UK&I, is remote based (working from home) and you must be willing to travel (30%) and at times support others within the wider team

You're the right fit if:
* You hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, medical, or other science related field
* You have 4+ years of experience in Medical Industry, Clinical Support or Healthcare
* You have excellent communication skills and a fluent level of English
* You hold a Full UK driving license
* You have flexibility to travel within UK and Ireland (30% of the time). You are also flexible to travel to additional locations across Europe as required.
* You have a qualification in Diagnostic Ultrasound
* You have experience as a Cardiac Physiologist/Sonographer and working in a clinical environment
* You have experience of training/teaching
* You hold a BSE accreditation (desirable)
* You have knowledge of Philips ISCV and experience of Philips CVIS system or systems recording BCIS or Pacing Registries (desirable)
Please note that due to the role working in the healthcare environment, a standard DBS (Disclosure and Baring Service) criminal record check will be required.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
